The system consists essentially of 2 components, EPS panels (of various thicknesses), and plastic spacers (also available in various types of thickness). These components are separated, to be assembled on site, and then 100% recyclable.
The various geometries of the spacer allow a multitude of wall types. In fact, concrete thicknesses ranging from 15 to 30cm are foreseen, and insulation thicknesses varying from 10 to 30cm. Moreover, by combining panels of different materials (graphite or white, it is possible to create hundreds of different combinations able to satisfy any request from the client or the designer.
You have to see this system as nothing more than the evolution of the yellow wooden carpentry panel, where the EPS panel is the yellow panel, and the plastic spacers are the metal spacers that join the iron propellers.
The panels in EPS, therefore have the dual function of:
-Contain the concrete casting in a fluid state, protecting it and making it mature and work in a protected environment, and thus raising its structural properties;
-Coibent the masonry, in fact thanks to the total 10 cm of EPS of the basic structure, (which can be up to 30 cm), provide a thermal insulation without equal, as well as protecting our home from the cold with the external panels, the internal one makes not that heat is unnecessarily dispersed to heat the masonry.
Plastic spacers perform a triple function:
-Guarante the structural soundness of the formwork during casting, (performing the function of the metal spacers in the formwork with wooden panels, for the casting of walls in reinforced concrete), not making "open" the formwork;
-Facilitate the laying of the vertical and horizontal iron, no binding is necessary, spacers, thanks to their housings (absolute world patent), make sure that the iron does not move during the casting of the concrete, and remains there where the structuralist wants both;
-Facilitate the laying of the internal plating drywall, in fact the spacers, are placed with an interaxis of 30cm in the vertical direction, and 20 cm in the horizontal one (infectious up to 10 cm pitch), and allow to respect the interaxis of the slabs of plasterboard, allowing you to rotate them without ever skipping the anchoring step. The slabs will be screwed directly to the supports drowned in the wall, without expensive additional metal structures.
A solid building must also be economical to manage and offer a high level of environmental comfort.

The whole system was created in order to minimize the possibility of errors during installation. It would have been much simpler to think of a complicated method so that it could only be used by a few select companies. We preferred to turn to a multitude of construction operators, even without having a sophisticated and expensive equipment.
The program provides for the use of fully codified materials and techniques, each interpretation wrong is practically impossible.
