Lift and slide wood and glass patio door
The VITRUM DOUBLE wooden-alumium and glass window provide excellent thermal and acoustic performance and are ideal for new and restructured houses.
It is suited for homes with low energy consuption with the use of adeguate glass and meets the heat and sounds requirements settings by current laws. They require no maintenance as the glass on the pane and alumium on the frame protect the wood against all atmospheric agents. Corners are welded and varnished for lacquereled finishes and bronze only. Glass can come with screen-printing in all RAL colours.

Thermal transmittance of the frame: Uf = 1.33 W/m2K for light wood (i.e. fir) – UNI EN 10077-2

Varnishing
Performed in three phases before the framework is assembled:
1. primer application by immersion
2. intermediate spray finish
3. final spray finish
The entire procedure is performed using ADLER water-based products and the framework also carries a warranty regarding the duration of the varnish (see the illustration brochure). All the surfaces are completely sanded and finished by hand.
The glass is varnished in various colours using screen printing.

The frame is externally protected by aluminium cladding, while on the panes the system “internal glass – structural wood – external glass” allows the wood frame to be protected against all atmospheric agents and guarantees an unmatched durability.
