4 CHAISE LONGUE À REGLAGE CONTINU, DURABLE By Cassina

Among the all time Cassina best sellers, the 4 Chaise longue à réglage continu, in both versions, is the quintessential chaise longue. Designed in 1928, based on a study of restful seating, it exemplifies the concept of relaxation. It illustrates the desire of the three authors to place man at the centre of their design project, expressing the absolute dovetailing of form and function by achieving the perfect balance between design purity and user comfort. The recliner’s stability, at any angle of inclination, is ensured through friction with the rubber tubes that sheathe the crosspieces on the base. With sustainability in mind, this chaise is made using circular materials. Padding is in polyester fibre and the headrest in recycled blown PET wadding. The interior of the topper is now attached with velcro, a detail that allows easier disassembly of the product.
