“Why should fire be fixed to the ground?” questions Dominique Imbert.‎ The elegant shape of this open fire maximises its heat efficiency, and its pure lines are perfectly proportioned.‎ Easy to clean and install, its blend of function and form makes the Ergofocus oneof the most popular of Focus’s suspended models.‎ This inspired model was exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art in Stockholm in 2000.‎

Characteristics
hearth: diameter 0.‎95 m, weight 63 kg; standard plate weight: 19 kg; flue: 16 kg/m, (made to measure); highly heat-resistant matt black paint; trapdoor for removing ash.‎ A stainless steel ball-bearing system allows the fireplace to be rotated so it can be easily directed to face different parts of the room.‎ guaranteed efficiency with a minimum flue length (interior plus exterior) of 3.‎25 m.‎
