With seventeen upholstered sectional pieces to choose from and a multitude of possible configurations, the Edward collection leaves no one indifferent. Barely visible black plastic feet support the generous seating and create a floating effect that lightens the overall look. All upholstery edges are overcast and enhanced with topstitches. Edward is the ultimate in sectional sofas - the collection includes not only seating, but also various casegoods, including sofa tables, that can be integrated into any sectional configuration. The seats are composed of Italian webbing attached to a hardwood and pine plywood frame. The seat cushions are made of high-density polyurethane foam covered with Canadian goose feathers and down. The lofty, soft filling provides an ultra-comfortable feel and inviting look.
A back cushion and lumbar support cushion filled with Canadian goose feathers, down and polyester fiberfill are included with each Edward seat. Optional throw cushions are also available. Edward collection casegoods are made of quartersawn American black walnut showcasing the magnificent veining. Some pieces are enhanced with lacquered open storage compartments that contrast with the warmth of the wood, while others are supported on a lacquered steel base that provides a light and airy feel.
