CZ By ISOLCORE
Vacuum Insulated Panels
The Vacuum Insulated Panels are made by pressed minerals which are vacuumise using a particular cover. CZ Panel’s core is mainly made of fiberglass which is covered by an aluminum and fiberglass coating. These materials make panels more stronger to shearing and usury than other vacuum products.
Its cover make CZ Panel impermeable to gas and to steam increasing its length over time than a traditional panel.
Our panels are freed of all the air inside them until they reach very low pressures. This process reduces the mobility of the few water molecules left, reducing its thermal conductivity that remains stable at 0,002 W/mK. The advantages are INNUMERABLE.
Firstly, their short depth: 3 cm is the minimum for CZ Vacuum Panels Next, their mechanical resistance. Thanks to the specific installation system CZ panels can insulate any type of building no metter the height.
THICKNESSES IN COMPARISON (CZ LAMBDA “D” = 0,002W/mK)
- 1cm of CZ = 20 cm of rock wool
- 1cm of CZ = 17cm of EPS
- 1cm of CZ = 7.5 cm of aerogel
- 1cm of CZ = 2-3 cm of other vacuum insulation
USE
- exterior walls
- interior walls
- roofs
- floors (terraces - flat roofs - interiors)
- ceilings (porches - garages - flats)
ADVANTAGES
- Great insulation
- The cheapest in its category
- The most resistant
- Many different formats (including made-to-measure)
- The thinnest in its category(only 3 cm total)
