Reducing energy costs and improving the quality of living spaces is a highly relevant topic in new constructions. Great attention is given to the perception of light within spaces, as well as the overall energy balance of the home, without neglecting aesthetics and harmony in the design.
The new Screeny Hide integrates in this context: a versatile roller blind system that integrates perfectly with contemporary architecture. Designed to be applied to new constructions and renovations, it features a cassette, a terminal bar and runners concealed within the wall, making it completely invisible when the blind is rolled up. The integration of the same cover profile on the bottom of the cassette and runner, creates a seamless connection between the ceiling and the walls of the recess. The cassette disappears completely inside the window frame and the blind becomes one with the façade for a flawless aesthetical result.
Screeny Hide is available in various configurations: with zip or cable system; installation to the wall, to the ceiling or freestanding. It answers multiple design needs covering areas up to (*) 450cm in width. The system also guarantees high stability and resistance to the wind. It can be operated via remote control or smartphone thanks to the latest home automation systems, enhancing safety during use, with the option for battery power supported by solar panels.
Customizable with a wide selection of fabrics that enable the use of the vertical shading solution tailored to different application contexts and designer requirements. Screeny Hide offers specialized fabrics with reinforced polyester core coated in PVC that assure the best blackout performance, as well as micro-perforated fabrics that ensure the best visibility to the outside while maintaining high energy efficiency.
The Screeny Hide system can be inspected frontally or from below, depending on the type of installation, thanks to a movable closure system that simplifies maintenance over time. Additionally, it can incorportate a dimmable LED lighting system along the cassette and runners, which can be activated via remote control or smart home systems. With its essential design and full automation, perfectly suited to any architectural style, KE's Screeny Hide presents itself as an innovative and versatile solution for projects in the hospitality and residential sectors.
