Wood and glass table
Glass, Wood and glass
A single material flow that develops on only two supports: this is the distinctive feature of the P&J table designed by DanieleLago and presented at the 58th edition of the Salone Internazionale del Mobile di Milano. The thin surface is distinguished by rounded corners and is harmoniously connected to the wooden legs at opposite ends of the table top, creating a continuous, harmonious and fluid line. The fine woodworking of the structure and the two imperceptible glass legs inserted under the centre of the table top ensure solidity and strength, increasing resistance to bumps and other impacts.
The two wooden legs reduce the bulk of the table and amplify the feeling of conviviality, creating an original optical effect that fills guests with a sense of wonder and transmits a feeling of delicate harmony. Moreover, the evocative sense of suspension, created by the optical removal of two of the traditional supporting elements, is expressed in the creation of an extremely fluid and coherent wooden flow. Available in Haywood and Agewood, there are three different sizes for the rectangular table top in both the rounded and squared versions.
