PIZ srl in collaboration with the Department of Chemistry “Giulio Natta” Polytechnic of Milan and other international recognized research, developed the coating system PIZ Intelligent Surface, material loaded with nanomaterials based on titanium dioxide in order to change the surface properties, resulting in the photocatalytic activity and the characteristics of superhydrophilic.
Piz is an innovative cladding system for civil and industrial buildings. The structure is installed by securing light alloy guides on the surface to be covered and then fixing the panels on these guides. The panel is made up of a modified fibre-reinforced cement mortar layer coupled with a slab of insulating material. PIZ cladding system was developed to satisfy the growing needs of the construction market in terms of energy savings and architectural improvement. The cladding system is designed for covering all types of buildings, both new and under restructuring.
Three different kinds of panels Standard 54 , Plus 66 and H89.
The panel is 54/66/89 mm thick and comprises a 9 mm external cement mortar bonded to a 45/57/80 mm expanded polystyrene insulating layer.
