ABITACOLO By REXITE
ABITACOLO is an educational-fun construction that only simplistically could be defined as a “bed”. This historical object by Bruno Munari, awarded with the Compasso d’Oro Prize in 1979, shows an inexhaustible contemporaneousness and is characterized by a light and essential structure developing on two levels that can be equipped with various accessories. It is a confined and well defined, yet open space, perfectly suited to those who live in it. Abitacolo is in fact a real habitable module that is able to open any bedroom to the most total fantasy of young people.
