Rock wool thermal insulation felt
ROULROCK KRAFT (121) is a low-density rock wool felt, covered on one side with a sheet of polythene-coated kraft paper with a vapour barrier function, for thermal and acoustic insulation of the top floor in non-habitable attics.
Applications
The product's ease of transport and installation make it particularly suitable for do-it-yourself applications.
Properties
Thermal performance: the availability of high thicknesses makes it possible to achieve considerable living comfort in both winter and summer.
Acoustic properties: the open-cell structure of rock wool can contribute to improving the soundproofing performance of the building element on which the felt is installed.
Vapour control: the polythene-coated kraft paper covering one side of the felt acts as a vapour brake, which is useful in particular thermo-hygrometric conditions.
Dimensional stability: the panel does not undergo dimensional or performance variations when the hygrometric conditions of the environment change.
