FITROCK ENERGY PLUS - 234is a medium-high density, non-load-bearing, uncoated rockwool acoustic hardboard for thermal and acoustic insulation and fire safety of sloping roofs.
Applications
Interlocked in special retaining battens, it is also suitable for curved roofs.
Properties
Thermal performance: the combination of thermal conductivity and density ensures excellent living comfort in both winter and summer.
Acoustic properties: the open-cell structure of the rock wool contributes significantly to improving the soundproofing performance of the roof on which the panel is installed.
Dimensional stability: the panel does not undergo dimensional or performance variations as the thermal and hygrometric conditions of the environment change.
Fire behaviour: the panel, which is non-combustible, does not contribute to fires and, if exposed to open flames, does not generate smoke or drips; it also helps prevent the propagation of fire, a particularly important characteristic in the case of ventilated roofs.
Vapour permeability: the panel, thanks to a μ value of 1, allows for the creation of "breathable" closure packages.
