Hinged flush-fitting door

The flush-wall hinged door Filo44 by Scrigno is reversible with opening to the right or left and a pull-or-push system. The door has no edge cover frames and the panel lies perfectly flush with the wall. Filo44 is available for immediate delivery, can be installed by means of pins on masonry or plasterboard walls.
The door panel is made of 44 mm thick honeycomb coated with lacquer paper. The door is designed for the insertion of an automatic upward or downward seal. The frame is made of extruded aluminium and there are pins for anchoring on the wall. A fine fibreglass mesh is provided to be positioned between the structure and the masonry wall. The door fits masonry walls with a finished thickness of 90 mm or above and plasterboard walls with a total thickness of 100 mm or above. The passageway varies from 600 to 1000 mm in width, both for brick walls and for plasterboard dividers. The height is standard.
Assembly
The frame is supplied with disassembled lintel so that you can choose the type of opening (to pull or push) and the direction of opening (to the right or left). To mount the lintel on the frame, simply insert the brackets on the lintel and connect the jamb by means of screws. Lastly, orient the clamps by 90°, according to the opening direction, for hooking the structure to the wall.
Accessories
The door is equipped with three concealed silver hinges adjustable on three axes and a magnetic key lock with matte chrome front and hook plate. The automatic upward seal is applied on the upper part of the panel, on request you can also insert a downward seal. The seal to be installed on the frame is white.
