Overview

FLEXA By Solarlux

Type

Movable wall

In both commercial property and apartment development, flexible space concepts are becoming increasingly popular.‎ Their strength lies mainly in their repurposability - a challenge that is becoming more and more important as we strive for sustainability in every aspect of our lives.‎ Divider systems allow users to expand or section off spaces in just a few simple steps.‎ Transparent partitions like Solarlux’s glass dividers allow more light into spaces while still offering good sound insulation, and can be retrofitted at any time.‎

Thanks to their minimalist floor tracks, there are currently three Solarlux systems that can be integrated into indoor spaces.‎ These systems have been deliberately designed to cater to very different applications and design expectations: the non-insulated bi-folding door system SL 45 Flexa, the insulated bi-folding door system Ecoline Flexa, and the non-insulated horizontal sliding wall SL60-HSW Flexa.‎ The SL60-HSW Flexa doesn’t even need a floor track, as its load-bearing retainer and guide rails are housed in the ceiling.‎ This variant is especially useful for room-in-a-room concepts, as it allows the flooring to run seamlessly underneath the elements.‎
