Punto Zero is a studio based amongst artisan shops in the Rione Monti neighbourhood, in Rome and has a portfolio of projects all over the country. The studio creates furniture in MDF and recycled materials, such as tables, coffee tables, shelves and console tables. The three partners Giorgio Marchese, Arianna Nobile and Silvia Firmani firmly believe that architecture and design have an ethical function as well as a practical and aesthetic one: to give happines to those who want or need to benefit from it. This is why the core of each of their projects - be it a space or a design object - is the person. Or rather people, in the plural. They are the true ‘zero point’ from which everything is measured, conceived and designed, in a connecting thread suspended between art, psychology and tireless perfectionism.
