05/06/2020 - Natevo presents Gea, the new penant lamp designed by Marco Acerbis. Gea is a spherical lamp in rings in Pyrex glass tubing is supported, as if by magic, by an opaque skeleton that disassembles and re-assembles visually on the passage of light.

'Gea epitomizes my dreams to overturn the perspectives, to be able to see earth from the moon, instead of observing the moon from earth', says Acerbis. 'The mind envisages and imagines how the earth could appear when viewed from a distance: consequently, water will be clear, the continents hang in midair and the globe is animated from the inside by light, just as fire animates the earth'.

Gea is an ethereal article with enormous architectonic presence. It draws attention to itself, generating luminous effects in constant transformation, and these change depending on the point of observation.
