The Latest from B-LINE in Contract, Home and Office
14/05/2019 - A large, convivial table around which to gather, work and, why not, enjoy a pause: this is the exhibition concept of the B-LINE space at the Salone del Mobile, an informal and dynamic scenario where the Italian company presented its new collection. Patrick Norguet and Maddalena Casadei talk about Haxo and Tran Tran, two new proposals for contract, home and office spaces. The products were conceived for hybrid spaces that go beyond traditional separations between different functions.

Haxo by Patrick Norguet is a simple and harmonious chair that easily furnishes any context, whether residential or collective. Haxo

The curved multi-layer shell interlocks with the rear legs of the frame: a ‘minimal’ design solution that solves the stress bearing on the junction point. Haxo is available with a four-legged oak or steel frame, and with a sled-type base. The version with armrests is an option for the steel four-legged base.

Tran Tran is a wooden table designed by Maddalena Casadei to conjugate working, meeting, eating: routine actions of everyday life that overlap in today’s working environments, within spaces that are increasingly hybrid and informal. Tran Tran

The rectangular top with rounded corners and edges rests on a pair of legs forming an “A”, consisting of two cylindrical uprights slightly “sliced off” along the inside. This type of section is designed to ensure the cross bar fits between the legs, allowing more space along the perimeter of the table. The table is available in 3 sizes (200x100 cm, 240x100 cm, 280x100 cm) finished in natural oak or open pore black painted oak.
