3. How we use personal data and for what purposes

3.1 Data processing for website users and online portals. Your personal data (personal details, user ID and password, e-mail address) are collected and processed by SpA. for purposes strictly related to the use of the websites and its information services, with information also rendered by third party advertisers. Your personal data may also be used in other processing operations, however, in terms compatible with these purposes. In particular, your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • to provide you with restricted functionalities, as part of the access processes to the portal, such as the modification of your access data and user profile;
  • to receive our newsletters and DEM which are an intrinsic part of our services; therefore, by consenting to the processing of your data SpA may send you emails containing technical-commercial information also concerning third party companies and third party exhibitors. These emails (also referred to as DEM or newsletters) are an intrinsic part of the services rendered by SpA;
  • to provide you with support services;  
  • to send your requests aimed at obtaining information and receiving informative material (catalogs, brochures, price lists, etc.) to our advertiser companies;
  • when you make a purchase, for order processing and business relationship management (deliveries, invoices, customer service). The recipients of your personal data, if necessary, will be our payment system or payment security providers, our delivery providers, our business partners. These companies are obliged to protect your data and use it in accordance with this policy and the requirements of the Law.
  • to report your contact information to our advertiser companies whose catalogs, BIM and CAD files you download or whose websites you visit by accessing them from our pages, or when you associate your account with e-tickets of trade fairs or events you attend to allow these companies, in accordance with the privacy regulations, to send you more information about their products or services.

Your personal data are processed mainly in electronic format. Your personal data will be kept in a form that allows your identification for the time strictly necessary for the purpose for which the data were collected and subsequently processed and, in any case, within the limits of the law. 3.2 Data processing for visitors to showrooms and physical locations owned and operated by Edilportale.Spa.

Your personal data (name, e-mail address, profession, city, telephone contact, company to which you belong) are collected and processed by SpA for purposes strictly related to the information services offered in the context of the communication activities at the showrooms and physical locations owned and managed by Edilportale and during events organized by Edilportale.Spa. In particular, your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • Registration to the Edilportale.Spa network,, and
  • Sending information on products and offers in line with your professional profile and geographical area of interest;
  • Statistical analysis activities;
  • Sending of your personal data to third party exhibitors present at the showroom or other locations managed and/or owned by Edilportale Spa, belonging to different categories related to the Edilportale.Spa business scope by means of partnership agreements and service provision contracts.

4. What happens if you do not communicate to Spa your personal data

4.1 The communication of your personal data to SpA and, in particular, of your personal data, your e-mail address, your postal address, your telephone number, your profession are necessary for the receipt of the newsletter and for access to free services rendered through its portals or the provision of other services rendered on the websites at your request or when your data is necessary for the fulfillment of obligations arising from laws or regulations. Any third party companies to which we will make such data available are client companies of SpA that, through the signing of contractual clauses, have provided adequate guarantees on the subsequent use of such data for the purposes for which your data was obtained (requests for information, requests for quotes, etc.). 5.2 Transmission of your data to the Companies within the Edilportale Digital Forum.

Your personal data, in case you register for the Edilportale Digital Forum, will be automatically transmitted to the Companies present in the Expo Area whose pages you will have visited. Also in case you register for a workshop or webinar organized by Edilportale within the Edilportale Digital Forum, your data will be transmitted to the Companies that have a Talk within the workshop or webinar you have registered for. The Companies that have received your data as a result of this registration may send you information about the products covered by the webinar or workshop you have registered for. The transmission of your data, as just described, will be automatic whether you are a new user registering for the first time, or in the event that you register using login credentials from a registration you have previously made.

5.3 Transmission of your data to Companies that display products and/or services at Edilportale's showrooms or locations

The transmission of your data to the Companies that display products and/or services at the showrooms or locations managed and/or owned by Edilportale.Spa will be conditional on your explicit consent that will be required for the purposes of access to the above locations. Such consent will be given for the purpose of sending by the Companies themselves marketing communications and/or more specific information related to the products and/or services displayed during your visit.

6. How we collect your data on our portals

As part of the use and navigation of our portals, it may happen that some personal data is collected automatically (via so-called "cookies"), such as, for example, in the case of collecting the user's IP address and other information related to the user's stay on the website or preferences expressed by the user in choosing the services offered by the website. 7.1 Security Measures

We have adopted security measures so as to minimize the risks of destruction or loss, even accidental, of the data themselves, unauthorized access or processing that is not permitted or does not conform to the purposes of collection set out in our Privacy Policy. However, SpA cannot guarantee its users that the measures taken for the security of the website and the transmission of data and information will limit or totally exclude any risk of unauthorized access or loss of data. 7.3 Bank data registration

In case of credit card payment, the information required to process the transaction, such as credit or debit card number, expiration date, security code will be protected and managed by our systems to enable you to finalize the purchase. The payment information and arrangements entered into the financial system (credit card number, security codes) are processed through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol and will not be stored in any way on our systems.

8. Your rights

Archiproducts takes appropriate technical and organizational measures necessary to facilitate the exercise of your rights under Articles 15 to 22 of EU Reg 2016/679. The procedures for exercising your rights are set out, in general terms, in Articles 11 and 12 of EU Reg 2016/679.   • information about the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

  • the indication of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as, for example, data processors;
  • when possible information about the retention period and obtain limitations on processing;
  • portability of data, i.e., receive them in a structured, machine-readable format and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance
  • the updating, rectification or, integration of your personal data;
  • the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of your personal data, processed in violation of the law, including those whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected;

8.1 How you can exercise your rights

You may freely and at any time exercise your rights, provided that they are within the limits of the law, with a request addressed to SpA. SpA. may refuse to comply with requests that are futile, harassing, damaging the privacy of others. Therefore, in case you want to exercise your rights or in case you want to receive more information, regarding the processing of your personal data, you can submit a petition to Archiproducts, without particular formalities (e.g., by e-mail, telephone). The petition may refer, depending on your needs, to specific personal data, to categories of data or to a particular processing, or to all personal data concerning you, however processed. Upon receipt of your petition Archiproducts will provide you with appropriate feedback, without undue delay, no later than 1 month after its receipt. This deadline may be extended by 2 months if it becomes necessary taking into account the complexity and number of requests. In that case, Archiproducts will still notify you within 1 month of receipt of the request.

8.2 Exercise of generic rights
