  • What can I do on Archiproducts?

    On Archiproducts you can: Browse and download online catalogs of over 3,500 international brands, buy the product you desire directly on Archiproducts Shop, find out about the latest news from the world of Design and Architecture by consulting the Magazine and Trade Fairs sections, creating your own personal wish-list in MyProducts and be inspired by the selections chosen by an international team of professionals.

  • How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

    Once you receive our newsletter, scroll down using the mouse and click on "unsubscribe from newsletter". Follow the steps and disable the service by selecting the on/off button.

  • Where do I find these Specials trade fairs?

    To learn about the latest products presented during international design and architecture fairs browse the Trade Fairs section on Archiproducts.

  • How do I download company catalogs?

    To download the catalogs of the brands you are interested in, you can:
    1. search and select the brand by typing in the search bar on Archiproducts and download the catalogs shown on the company page;
    2. download them directly from the product sheet.

  • How do I download BIM models of products that interest me?

    You can download BIM objects directly from the Cad and Bim section within the product sheet and select the file download that you prefer.

  • How do I contact companies?

    You can directly contact companies and retailers by filling out the information request form or by using the button located to the right of the photo gallery on the product sheet.

  • Can I save the products that interest me and view them later?

    You can add the products that interest you to your personal wish-list in the MyProducts section. Just click on the little heart icon on the thumbnail of the product or on the product sheet: You'll find the products saved in your MyProducts and you can organize them into lists and rename.

  • How do I find the retailers closest to me?

    On the right of the product sheet you’ll find the button Retailers List. Just click and select the retailer sheet of your interest from among the available options.

  • How do I subscribe to the newsletter service?

    To subscribe to our newsletter service and start getting discounts and promotions reserved for registered users, along with the latest news from the world of Design and Architecture, enter your email address in the box found at the bottom of the Archiproducts website pages and click subscribe.

  • Is Archiproducts an official retailer of all brands available?

    Archiproducts is an official retailer of all brands available on our site. The products you have purchased come directly from the manufacturer and will be accompanied by instruction manuals, original packaging and serial numbers, if applicable.

  • How do I purchase on Archiproducts?

    Visit our special section to get all the information you need about how to purchase on Archiproducts.

  • Do I need an account to use the services offered by Archiproducts?

    To stay updated on the latest news from the world of Design by browsing within the Magazine and Trade Fairs sections you don't need to be a registered user. To purchase, request information, download company catalogs and BIM product models and take advantage of special offers and discount codes in the Archiproducts Shop, however, you must be a registered user on Archiproducts. You can create your own profile free of charge at any time by clicking Sign In.

  • How do I publish my product catalogs on Archiproducts?

    To publish your product catalogs, you must subscribe to an Archiproducts membership. To find out how to proceed with activation please contact our team.

  • What is included in the product sheet?

    The product sheet includes: product information (descriptions, details, photos, videos, pdf catalogs, BIC/ CAD, designers, news and press releases), company information (logo, address and contact information, website link, locationbased dealers), interactive form to request information that allows the user to contact the manufacturer directly, reference albums collecting product tags on existing projects published on Archilovers, 3D viewer and list of retailers upgradeable at any time.

  • Who supplies the material for the product sheet?

    To publish your online catalog, the staff of Archiproducts requests from the company content and information to best complete the company profile with sheets of products of the company’s production. These include: descriptions of the brand and relative products, with a list of these and any product lines they are from, all in multiple languages, accompanied by product images, company catalogs and technical information in PDF format.   • How many products can I choose to publish?

    You can publish an unlimited number of product sheets.

  • How do I edit my product sheets?

    To modify your product sheets, you can contact the technical assistance indicated in your Archipassport reserved area.

  • What companies can publish/sell on Archiproducts?

    Any manufacturing company specializing in the design, furnishing and lifestyle sector may publish and sell on Archiproducts after registering for a Membership.

  • How do I sell on Archiproducts?

    Visit our special section to get all the information you need about how to sell on Archiproducts.

  • How do I request BIM models of my products? Who creates them?

    The BIM Design Team creates your BIM objects according to high quality standards, linked directly to your product sheet. To receive more information about how to publish BIM files of your products, please contact our team.

  • How does the 3D product publishing service work?

    Our professional team organizes the creation of your 3D models, ensuring a 360-degree view of the product and contextualization in a physical environment with "Home View" augmented reality from Sayduck. 3D publication allows architects and designers to use the 3Ds of your products within the various projects through sharing and distribution of .OBJ files. You will receive a monthly update with data about engagement and views, to understand the overall performance of your brand and your products.   • How does the DEM service on Archiproducts work?

    Our DEM service reaches over 450,000 profiled contacts. The newsletter is attached to a landing page that contains a form to request information, products to view and a more technical information, advantages, images of your products, locations, videos and any attachments. The visual advertising is studied by the Archiproducts team of graphic designers in collaboration with your marketing department, which provides images and text to be inserted respecting agreed delivery times. The newsletter is then sent to the selected target on the established date. Your company's sales department will start receiving requests in real time for information from users interested in your product or service. All requests can be seen immediately in your member area.

  • What types of ADV can I request to promote my brand on Archiproducts?

    You can choose between different types of ADV with which to promote your brand. On Archiproducts you can request the publication of banners dedicated to your company. On Archilovers you can choose between types of ADV skyscraper, skins on the homepage, large rectangle and graphic spots in the editorial newsletter. On Archiportale you can promote your brand with leaderboard banners, dx rectangle on the homepage and sx rectangle, skyscraper and graphic spot in the editorial newsletter.   • Who is responsible for ADV graphics?

    Our team of graphic designers sees to the graphic design and publication of your ADV once the graphic material to create it is received from you.

  • What changes as far as the treatment of the forwarded users’ data is concerned with the coming into force of the new GDPR?

    The principles of a legitimate and correct treatment of the personal data have not changed with the coming into force of the new GDPR. The principle stating that the users’ personal data can only be used by clients for the purposes indicated in the information the individual has agreed upon remains unaltered. Therefore, if the client receives a request of information containing names, these could be treated in a legitimate way in order to reply to the above-mentioned request; then the client shall definitely erase such data, because he/she cannot use them for other purposes nor store them. While replying to the request, the client could invite the individual to read his/her information and ask the authorisation to treat and store the data for purposes such as, for instance, the subscription to mailing lists, etc. If the user acknowledges the information and accepts the treatment of his/her data, the client company could treat them in a legitimate way. Please beware that this has significantly changed with the coming into force of the GDPR, not only as for the principles, but also as for the sanction system in case of illegitimate and uncorrect treatment of the data. Infact, the new GDPR has a stronger inspection system as well as a rigid sanction and pecuniary system that could reach up to 4% of the turnover of the violating company.

  • What can I do with the data of the users who require information on my products through our Portals?

    Tha data obtained through the requests of information may be used to reply to the users’ requests as indicated in the information issued by Edilportale all users have agreed upon.  But if the client company wishes to use such data in order to send e-mails concerning marketing advertisements or information on events, products, etc., it has to ask for the user’s express consent.

  • What can I do with the data of the users who interact with my products (catalogue downloading, BIM/CAD, etc.) and that you forward me?

    The forwarded data may be useful for companies only to monitor the interest on a particular single product. If you wish to treat those data for your own marketing purposes, the client company has to notify its own information and ask for your consent. In this way the company becomes the owner of those data and can treat them in a legitimate way for any and all purposes as indicated in its information.

  • May I download the data of the users archived in the “Contacts” database in my area Archipassport? And what can I do with such data?

    It is possible to download and use the data to follow up the requests of information sent by the users. The data cannot be registered in your own mailing lists and used for your own e-mail marketing and commercial purposes, unless the user has agreed upon it. Therefore, any and all received data cannot be further treated without the express consent of all users. Without an express consent, it is not possible to use nor to store the data anylonger.

  • Can I subscribe the users’ forwaded data in my mailing list?

    Before registering the data you receive in your mailing lists, it is necessary to ask the consent to the party in interest.  Infact, sending promotional communications concerning a certain brand, product or service produced or sold by the company the concerned page refers to is deemed to be legitimate if it explicitely results that the party in interest wanted to give its own consent to receive promotional messages by that company.    Failing to obtain a free and specific consent for the use of the data for one’s own marketing purposes is deemed as a violation.

  • How can I be sure to treat the personal data my company owns in a legitimate way?

    By virtue of the GDPR it is really important to collect and treat the personal data in a correct way.  In case of any doubts or questions we invite clients to seek for the advice of experts specialised in data classification and treatment, risk analysis and safety measures as well as in tools especially developed to enhance the management of the documents concerning the Privacy Compliance.
