Quadrodesign taps for bathroom
From a study on the figure of the circle and that of the square comes Super, the bathroom collection designed by Calvi Brambilla that is based on the "squircle", the shape that combines two geometric figures. A simple and familiar shape to offer a hand surface more generous than the circle without the hardness of the corners of a square, solving the challenge of achieving the best ergonomics and grip comfort. By extending the design to all the other bathroom elements, the designers create a completely new formal proposal that pays homage to the brand itself, whose name evokes the square as an identity symbol.The exclusive mille luci finish, with its radiations, accentuates the interpretation of the various elements, enhancing the entire collection.
Quadrodesign taps for kitchen
A collaboration born out of the request for a special project for the K.01, K.02 and K.03 kitchen collection, conceived and produced by designer Giacomo Moor, becomes production for QuadroDesign. A series of volumes from which a small portion of material is removed creates Thumb collection. A sign becomes a suggestion for use, a hollow that welcomes the fingers to interact with the pull-out spray or to facilitate turning and mixing. The series becomes even more precious with the exclusive mille luci finish, which is applied to the end surface of each element and contrasts with the different materiality of the steel where it has been hollowed out by the cutter.Thumb is a good example of a sustainable choice for the use of steel, a resistant and non-toxic material and therefore also perfect for the kitchen, as well as the bathroom. A filtration system provide an environmentally sustainable, inexhaustible and economical source of pure water. Filtering water, avoiding the consumption of bottled water, helps the environment in many ways: you avoid transport - which is a source of pollution and chemical alteration of water - the consumption and waste of plastic or glass. QuadroDesign chooses the steel alloy AISI316L, highly resistant to attack by water containing chlorides and suitable for environments where the strictest health regulations apply such as restaurants and laboratories.
